As Chief Executive Officer of Neev, Saurabh Chandra is well entrenched in the creative and ideation process of all projects undertaken by Neev. Before Neev, Saurabh played a key role in the development and implementation of the web strategy and creating a flexible information architecture at Talisma. His second job took him to Pi Corp (now Decho, an EMC Company), where he created new ways for people to interact with personal information. Santosh Shetty / Co-Founder & Director
Santosh is responsible for bringing in new business as well as spearheading product strategy at Neev. He works on key engagements, with partners and drives alliances. Before Neev, Santosh played a key role in the testing and release of CRM products at Talisma after which he took up the a key role Testing and Release Management of a p2p Web 2.0 product aimed at managing personal information on the desktop at Pi Corp(now Decho, an EMC Company). Santosh is an IIM-B alumnus.

Khurshidali is the Chief Architect at Neev and literally personifies the technical expertise of the organization. His insights break through scalability barriers and provide intelligent solutions to all Neev clients. Previously, Khurshidali worked at AurigaLogic where he created and architected many products - some of which were open sourced and submitted to the community. His work is the result of his application of commitment towards his passion for technology. Khurshidali is an alumnus of Bombay University.

Vinci has over 12 years of experience in building eCommerce and Rich Internet Applications and has helped build with some of the leading eCommerce sites in India. Vinodh Balaji / Vice President - Quality
Vinodh is the Vice President - Quality at Neev. His expertise lies in streamlining the organization’s quality process so as to be conducive to the overall growth. Vinodh pioneered the successful implementation of ISO 9000:2008 for Neev. Just as this, Vinodh meticulously manages the quality and process support at every level of growth of the organization. He is currently championing the implementation of the SEI CMM1 Level 3 accreditation at Neev. Before Neev, Vinodh worked in Infosys, gaining experience in data warehousing and then later in KPMG as a senior consultant in Risk Management. Vinodh is an alumnus of NIT-Trichy.
