Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
Neev will execute an NDA with the customer to protect the IP and domain information of the customer.
Production Environment Setup:
Neev will set up the production environment for the customer. This includes suggestion for the hardware required and also setting up the requisite software on the designated machines
QA:
Since quality of the final deliverable is of prime importance to the customer, Neev always has a full time QA team for testing the work product. The QA team understands the work product and draws out test cases to test the same. The test cases will be published to the client for review.
Master Services Agreement (MSA):
Neev will execute a Master Services Agreement with the customer that will cover all the legal and contractual obligations on behalf of both Neev, and Customer
Statement of Work (SOW):
This will specify the scope of the work that needs to be executed by Neev. All work items will be specified in as much detail as possible and the same needs to be agreed upon by both parties.
Development Rates:
The development rates will be per hour and will be specified as an Appendix in the Statement of Work.
Team Composition:
The team will have a Program Manager, development and QA personnel. The Program Manager will manage the planning of the work product and also
interactions with the customer about the requirements. He/She will be the single point of contact with the customer. The development team will work with the Program Manager to clear all the requirements related issues.
Source Code:
The source code is the property of the customer. The customer will have access to the source code repository. At the end of the engagement the customer will be handed the source code for the entire work product.
Documentation:
Neev will provide the customer with all required documentation related to the source code, testing and deployment. Requests for other documentation as required by the client will also be considered.
Bug Reporting and Tracking:
All bugs (errors in work product) found by the testing team and the customer during development will be reported on a bug database. The
customer will be given access to the view the bugs and track work being done on them. Neev currently uses Bugzilla for the same. |
