Neev Information Technologies celebrated its third anniversary on the theme “HAT TRICK” – to mark three years of roaring success in succession. The event commenced with a presentation on the company’s achievements in the last financial year by the CEO & founder – Mr. Saurabh Chandra followed by a passionate address by the co-founder and COO Mr. Santosh Shetty. Afterwards,  EAC (Employees Activity Club) took over the stage and the complete auditorium echoed with laughter and applauses till noon. A hilarious skit, talent show and a whole gamut of awards – on the lighter side – based on idiosyncrasies of individuals made up the show which was entirely conceived and executed by EAC.

With a 100% growth in size and revenue Neev has yet again surpassed the average industry growth rate by leaps and bounds. The downturn in US could not shake the neev (which means foundation in Sanskrit) of Neev as is has spread the focus to Middle East – where it is setting up a subsidiary and Europe - where it hired a sales person for Germany and collaborated with a Sales and Marketing partner for Benelux and Nordic regions. Neev has added twenty more clients in the last fiscal year with some real big accounts, which offer a tremendous growth potential in the coming years.

The previous year’s focus has been adding more accounts and setting foot in newer geographies where Neev has performed beyond expectations. The management team feels confident that this year will be no exception and they will again be able to measure up to the goals they have established of creating significant IP in the online space.

Bureau Veritas conducted the audit, and the certificate is accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation service).

ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system with the ultimate goal of enhancing customer satisfaction. The standard provides a system of practices and principles for an organization to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

The company spokesperson proudly stated that the certification is inline with Neev’s strong commitment towards adhering to stringent quality standards for all its deliverables. The company has been able to strike a balance between the conventional software development methodologies and the latest agile project management techniques there by catering to the start-ups as well as its enterprise clients. With shorter release cycles and higher transparency at all stages, agile methods do offer significant advantage over traditional SDLC models when working on unfrozen requirements. It gives time to the business owners to study and freeze the high-end features even when the basics are already being conceptualized and developed. Neev has successfully carried out over 30 implementations and feels confident to offer the right mix of processes to the clients thereby ensuring a maximum value add.

Neev Information Technologies Pvt Ltd became a 50 people company achieving its goal 6 months earlier than planned. The company now aims to achieve a 100 people target by next year. With rapid growth, processes to scale are being put in place and the company expects to shortly become ISO 9000:2001 certified.

Neev Information Technologies recently celebrated two years of its inception on April 1 2007.

At a function held to celebrate the occasion the company spokesperson informed us that Neev has consistently clocked above industry standard growth in the previous two years. The spoke person added that the focus for the coming year is to concentrate on market development in specific geographies in the USA and Europe. The company is in the process of establishing Marketing office in both these geographies. Neev has added five more clients in the last fiscal year. All existing client accounts have broadened in size and scope indicating a healthy trend. Neev's added 20 more employees along with some significant mid management recruitment. The company clinched and successfully executed two complete product outsourcing engagements.

Neev offers a one stop engagement model for upcoming start ups. Neev engages with the client to ensure that the client needs to concentrate only on the business development and product management side of their plan and Neev steps up to ensure that all the other nitty gritties for technology, design , development and maintenance are taken care of. Some of the successful roll outs under this offering in the last year are already live.

Neev Information Technologies has started a major expansion initiative. The company has quickly become 35 people strong and has doubled its floor area to account for its rapidly growing future needs. A new target has been set to achieve CMM Level 3 in the next 12 months and the process has already begun to achieve that. On the road to CMM the company will also become ISO 9001 certified in the next few months. The company is very keen to adopt scalable processes but at the same time deliver cost effective solutions making sure that processes are only adding value and not cost.
